VF19 Chobe Day Trip Daily at 7.30 a.m. Approx. 12 hrs After a two hours’ drive, and having cleared immigration and customs at the Zimbabwe/Botswana border point start your day at Chobe Safari Lodge in Botswana. The morning kicks off with a game drive in the Chobe National Park. The Chobe wildlife roams in profusion and diversity. The elephant population is estimated to number in excess of 35 000 and is the largest single concentration in Africa surviving within the confines of a proclaimed National Park. Other species such as lion, rhino, wild dog, giraffe, zebra, sable and antelope can be encountered in the Park. After a buffet lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge, cruise on the Chobe River before a transfer back to Victoria Falls. |
